Postponement and Cancellation Policy – Trekking and Expeditions

Postponement or cancellation by weather conditions

The itinerary and the order of the tours may change due to the weather and / or conditions adverse to the practice of adventure tourism. If necessary, Nattrip will postpone the activity to a date that is compatible at no additional cost. A voucher with the amounts paid may be requested for future use.

Cancellation for personal reasons

The cancellations for passenger any personal reasons, will have the chargebacks as the following distribution:

• Cancellation up to 7 days prior to departure date: Full-refund discounted of third-party costs, taxes, tickets or any other non-refundable costs.
• Cancellation less than 7 days from the start of the tour: No refund

Postponement for personal reasons

Postponements due to any personal reason may be requested within 7 days prior to departure under tax of 20% of the amount of the service booked.

No-show situations

In case of “No-Show” situations, when the passenger does not notify postponement nor cancellation with minimum advance and / or does not attend the activity, Nattrip reserves the right not to return any ammount to the customer.
