Postponement and Cancellation Policy
for Packages and Expeditions
Postponement or cancellation by forecast
The itinerary and the order of the tours may change due to the weather and/or adverse conditions. If necessary, Nattrip will postpone the activity to a date that is compatible at no additional charge or a voucher with the amounts paid may be requested for future use.
Cancellation for personal reasons
The cancellations for personal reasons of the passenger, according to the normative deliberation of number 161 of August 9, 1985 of EMBRATUR, will have the chargebacks made by the following distribution:
- Cancellation up to 30 days from the start of the tour: 90% of the total amount;
- Cancellation between 29 and 21 days from the start of the tour: 80% of the total amount;
- Cancellation between 20 and 7 days from the start of the tour: 50% of the total amount;
- Cancellation less than 7 days from the start of the tour: no refund;
Postponement for personal reasons
Postponements due to any personal reason may be requested up to 15 days prior to the tour demanding a 20% value of the Reserved tour fee.
No-Show Situations
In case of “No-Show” situations, when the client does not notify postponement or cancellation with minimum advance and/or does not attend the activity, Nattrip reserves the right not to return any value to the client.
