Postponement and Cancellation Policy

 

Postponement or cancellation by forecast

The itinerary and the order of the tours may change due to the weather and/or adverse conditions. If necessary, Nattrip will postpone the activity to a date that is compatible at no additional charge. A voucher with the amounts paid may be requested for future use. If a refund is requested, a fee of up to 15% may be withheld due to intermediation costs of payment systems.

Cancellation for personal reasons

Cancellations due to any personal reason can be requested within 72 hours prior to the activity. Within this period, a voucher with the amounts paid may be requested for future use. If a refund is requested, a fee of up to 15% may be withheld due to intermediation costs of payment systems.

Postponement for personal reasons

Postponements due to any personal reason can be requested within 24 hours prior to the activity at a rate of 10% of the booked tour, with a minimum fee of R$10.00.

No-Show Situations

In case of “No-Show” situations, when the client does not notify postponement or cancellation with minimum advance and/or does not attend the activity, Nattrip reserves the right not to return any value to the client.
