Customized Trip:

All our packages can be customized. This means we can change the accommodation category (quotes are made considering 3-star hotels), remove the transfer service, and include or exclude activities and days. Our goal is to offer you a unique trip according to your wishes and expectations.

Do I need a visa?

As a Brazilian, just an updated ID allows you to cross the border to Argentina and Paraguay. Please check the requirements before traveling, as this is the responsibility of the tourist.

How to get to the Pantanal?

You need to go to Campo Grande. There, our reception service will pick you up and take you to your Pantanal lodge.

When to go to the Pantanal?

The Pantanal’s scenery changes with each season. The region is governed by the cycles of rain and drought, so it is important to choose a date to explore this biome under the best conditions.

• From May to September: the dry season (best time to observe the Pantanal’s fauna and animals like the jaguar)
• From October to May: the wet season (best time to appreciate the natural beauty and water activities)

Is there a minimum age?

The kayaking expedition is allowed only for those over 12 years old, but we can alter the activity according to your needs. Just get in touch.

What physical effort is involved?

Some of the activities in the Pantanal Trip involve physical effort, but they are not very difficult. Considering this, as long as you do not have reduced mobility, you will enjoy 100%. Remember that we can adapt the schedule according to your needs.

Do I need to train for the activities?

There is no need at all, as our guides will be there to provide all the support.

Where will we sleep?

You will sleep in lodges.

Will my cell phone work?

Yes, and the hotel offers free Wi-Fi service.

What are the baggage restrictions?

Please check the restrictions of the airlines!

Any tips for packing?

Backpacks are recommended for comfort, but you can use any type of suitcase.

Who will I travel with?

The accommodations are exclusive for you, your family, and/or friends. Some of the tours and activities will be done in groups. Private activities are available upon request (the price may be altered in this case).
