If necessary, Nattrip will postpone the activity to a date that is compatible at no additional charge. A voucher with the amounts paid may be requested for future use. If a refund is requested, a fee of up to 15% may be withheld due to intermediation costs of payment systems.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation for personal reasons<\/h3>\n<p>Cancellations due to any personal reason can be requested within 72 hours prior to the activity. Within this period, a voucher with the amounts paid may be requested for future use.
