Durante los 7 kms recorridos para llegar al Abrigo do A\u00e7\u00fa, se sube aproximadamente 1,100 metros de altitud. El sendero del Morro do A\u00e7\u00fa sigue a trav\u00e9s de la selva cerrada y una fuerte subida hasta la Pedra do Queijo. La caminata es menos escarpada hasta la llegada al Ajax, lugar que nos permite abastecernos en agua. Despu\u00e9s del Ajax, llegaremos al punto considerado como m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de la subida hasta los Castelos de A\u00e7\u00fa, llamado Isabeloca en homenaje a la supuesta visita de la Princesa Isabel en este lugar. Una vez vencido este pasaje y despu\u00e9s de cruzar el Chapad\u00e3o, llegaremos a los Castelos de A\u00e7\u00fa, primer lugar de alojamiento, donde est\u00e1 localizado el primer abrigo de la Traves\u00eda Petr\u00f3polis Teres\u00f3polis. La vista que tenemos de los Castelos cierra con llave de oro el primer d\u00eda del sendero Petr\u00f3polis Teres\u00f3polis: se puede ver la ciudad de R\u00edo de Janeiro, la Bah\u00eda de Guanabara y todas las cadenas de monta\u00f1as de la Serra dos \u00d3rg\u00e3os.<\/li>\n<li class=\"gabs-icons-descritivo\">Distancia de caminata: 08 km<\/li>\n<li class=\"gabs-icons-descritivo\">Modalidad de pernoctaci\u00f3n:\u00a0Camping en los Cstelos de A\u00e7\u00fa<\/li>\n<li class=\"gabs-icons-descritivo\">Comidas incluidas: Cena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>D\u00eda 2: Castelos do A\u00e7u x Pedra do Sino<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"gabs-icons\">\n<li>Tiempo de caminata: de 6 hasta 8h<\/li>\n<li>El segundo d\u00eda es sin dudas el tramo m\u00e1s lindo de la Traves\u00eda Petr\u00f3polis Teres\u00f3polis. Todo el recorrido se hace a una altitud media de 2,000m. Saliendo de los Castelos do A\u00e7u, se cruza un valle y luego, se sube hasta la cima del Morro do Marco. Despu\u00e9s de bajar este Morro, llegamos al Valle do Luva y luego de subir hasta la cima del Morro da Luva, el sendero continua por m\u00e1s un tramo de bloques de piedras, donde la navegaci\u00f3n hasta el Elevador se vuelve complicada en condiciones de niebla. El Elevador es una escalera de barras de acero detenidas en una piedra escarpada que da acceso a la cima del Morro do Dinossauro. En la cima del Morro do Dinossauro aprovechamos una primera vista incre\u00edble sobre la Pedra do Garraf\u00e3o y la Pedra do Sino. Despu\u00e9s de bajar el Vale das Antas, el trekking sigue hasta la cima del Morro da Baleia, lugar donde se ve la gigantesca pared de la Pedra do Sino, el Garraf\u00e3o y la Canaleta, donde est\u00e1 localizado el Cavalinho. El nombre Cavalinho viene del movimiento que se hace para montar a caballo, que tendremos que reproduzir para atravesar esta roca. Despu\u00e9s del Cavalinho, el sendero sigue por la Canaleta hasta contornear la Pedra del Sino y llegar a la bifurcaci\u00f3n que da acceso a la cima del Sino y el Abrigo 4. La Pedra do Sino es el punto m\u00e1s alto del trekking. Su cumbre presenta una vista 360 grados, de donde se ve diversas cadenas monta\u00f1osas de la regi\u00f3n, la ciudad de R\u00edo de Janeiro, los Tr\u00eas Picos, el Pico das Agulhas Negras y la Serra Fina.<\/li>\n<li class=\"gabs-icons-descritivo\">Distancia de caminata: 10 km<\/li>\n<li class=\"gabs-icons-descritivo\">Modalidad de pernoctaci\u00f3n: Camping en la Pedra do Sino<\/li>\n<li class=\"gabs-icons-descritivo\">Comidas incluidas: Desayuno\/Cena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"gabs-icons-descritivo\">\n<h4>D\u00eda 3: Pedra do Sino x Hotel Teresopolis<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"gabs-icons\">\n<li>Tiempo de caminata: de 5 hasta 7h<\/li>\n<li>El tercero d\u00eda de la traves\u00eda Petr\u00f3polis Teres\u00f3polis es el menos exigente. El sendero contin\u00faa por 9 kms hasta la represa, punto final del trekking. Durante la bajada, se cruza dos quedas de agua incluido una llamada V\u00e9u da Noiva de Teres\u00f3polis, que tiene 16 metros de altura y est\u00e1 seca en ciertas \u00e9pocas del a\u00f1o. El trayecto de autob\u00fas se hace por las carreteras de Nova Friburgo y sus plantaciones de hortalizas. Iniciaremos el sendero hasta el campamento base donde dejaremos nuestras carpas a los pies del Valle de los Dioses (donde descubriremos el porqu\u00e9 de este nombre).
