Day 6

Day 1 - Arrival in Palmas

We will pick you up at Palmas Airport/Bus Station (PMW) and take you to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day exploring the city as you wish!

Day 2 - Arrival in Jalapão

We will head towards Jalapão, with our first stop at Lagoa do Japonês, a place of rare and unique beauty, featuring crystal-clear blue waters and rock formations perfect for those who wish to relax and enjoy the stunning natural landscape. We will take a break for a typical lunch at a local restaurant, providing an immersion in the region’s culture.

Next, we will visit Pedra Furada, a huge sandstone rock sculpted by wind and rain, where we will have the opportunity to witness a beautiful sunset. Dinner (not included) and overnight stay in Ponte Alta.

Day 3 - Ponte Alta x Mateiros

Breakfast and Lunch are Included

We will head towards Mateiros. We will visit the Sussuapara Canyon, where 12-meter walls form a curtain of vegetation and water that flows year-round.

Package to Jalapão

Our next stop will be the community of Rio Novo. We will have our lunch at a local restaurant. After a brief rest, we will enjoy a relaxing swim in the waters of Prainha do Rio Novo, also known as Praia do Pixico.

We will then head towards the famous Jalapão Dunes, considered the only formation in the Cerrado. Here, the group will make a longer stop for photos and to enjoy the sunset. Dinner and overnight stay in Mateiros.

Day 4 - Mateiros x São Félix

We will start the day early with a trekking adventure at Morro do Sereno (OPTIONAL), where we can enjoy the sunrise in a breathtaking landscape.

We will return to the inn for breakfast. After breakfast, we will head to Cachoeira do Formiga, considered one of the most beautiful in Jalapão, with its emerald green waters that provide a relaxing and rejuvenating bath for the body.

We will have lunch at the Quilombola Community of Mumbuca, the birthplace of golden grass. Afterward, we will head to Fervedouro do Ceiça, the place that most impresses tourists and researchers, featuring a pool of crystal-clear water where it’s impossible to sink, giving bathers a distinct sensation of floating. We will then proceed to the Fervedouros Buritizinho and Bela Vista. Dinner and overnight stay in São Félix.

We will head towards Taquaruçu, but before that, we will visit Fervedouro Por Enquanto.

Next, we will visit Cachoeira das Araras, which may not have a very large waterfall, but the stone wall covered in greenery adds a wonderful touch to the view. There, we will enjoy the most diverse lunch in the region.

After lunch, we will start our journey to Palmas, making a stop for a photo in front of Morro da Catedral, considered one of the most impressive rock formations in Jalapão.

Cancellation between 29 and 21 days before the activity start date: 80% refund of the total amount
Cancellation less than 21 days before the activity start date: no refund

In the case of “no-show” situations, where the client does not notify of a postponement or cancellation with minimum advance notice and/or does not participate in the activity, Nattrip reserves the right not to refund any amount to the client.
