The route includes small uphill and downhill sections, and our Backup Van will always be available to pick you up in case you decide you want to stop cycling or rest for a while.

After crossing the immense Barra da Tijuca Beach, the Ecological Reserve, and Recreio Beach, we will arrive at Prainha, a stopping point known for its delicious grilled fish by the sea. Surrounded by exuberant tropical forest, this small beach is an important surfing spot and a perfect place for a swim.
